The Dallas Black Criminal Bar was founded in 2007. During its relatively short but storied history, DBCBA members have served in several legal capacities ranging county criminal and civil district judges, federal and state court judges, administrative law judges, magistrates, referees, federal, state, county, and city prosecutors. DBCBA members are also well represented throughout North Texas in private practice, with some members comprising some of the most prestigious minority-controlled law firms in the North Texas.
