An attorney who is admitted to practice and is in good standing, and has been practicing for more than 5 years.
An attorney who is admitted to practice and is in good standing, and has been practicing for less than 5 years.
Any attorney that is a public defender and is not practicing in a private practice and is in good standing.
Any student enrolled in a law school or enrolled in a criminal justice program at an accredited school.
