membership levels

Membership fees are due on your anniversary date of each year. If you need to change your membership level, please email us at info@dbcba.org.

Private 5+ years

An attorney who is admitted to practice and is in good standing, and has been practicing for more than 5 years.

Private 1-4 years

An attorney who is admitted to practice and is in good standing, and has been practicing for less than 5 years.

pUBLIC dEFENDERS

Any attorney that is a public defender and is not practicing in a private practice and is in good standing.

active law student

Any student enrolled in a law school or enrolled in a criminal justice program at an accredited school.
